暑假小孩们太多 員工服務都蠻好的 會再來

今次的感覺跟上次比較差距不少, Executive Lounge 在Happy Hours所提供食物, 質和量均不理想, 甜品的小榚點很早就清光但没有再添加. 這樣的服務, 建議不再用訂Executive Floor的房間了, 早餐食物水準還可保持, 但服務員數目確是很少服務態度也懶散, 專注手機, 清理完餐杯碟緩慢, 枱面上缺少餐具也没有適時添加. 完全不像Marriott在順德和南沙其他酒店的表現. 當天已經不是週末日子, 有如此表現, 確實在是不濟

地點距離關口有點遠，酒店房間整齊，但冰箱製冷不夠凍，睡床舒服很滿意，早餐食物豐富有很多選擇，唯獨是到房間的電梯要在22樓大堂轉達，覺得不太方便！

试了几个房间都有异味，走廊也有，有点可惜。酒店马上安排空气净化机，并帮忙开窗通风，还好。

酒店鄰近華發商都，餐飲選擇繁多！員工有禮及樂於向客戶提供協助。另酒店設有地下停車場，開車過來入住倍感方便！ 另外，早餐也很美味。

We had an excellent stay at Marriott Jinwan! We love biking and Marriott has new bike for rental which is very convenient. The environment is excellent for biking. With the peaceful lake view and the harbour side near the hotel, we bike for two days! The staff of Marriott are excellent! They all provide very attentive service. Coco is very nice and helpful. Bettie Li at the Lounge is very professional. Thank you so much! We had a very enjoyable and great stay! We have booked to come back in late October.
