I chose this hotel because it is close to the Lancelin sands dune with just 8 mins walking. The room is spacious, clean, and the staffs are all very kind and friendly, especially the boss who served us very well to bring us a brand new water boiler, and borrowed us the sand boards so that we enjoyed staying here very much !

suitable for people who need late check-in

Staff were nice. Property was a bit rundown, the cabinet was wonky. The doona was also not in a cover it was between two sheets - not the best. Bed was also very saggy in the centre. The shower head was also broken. Overall was an okay stay but not worth what we paid.

From check-in to check out our stay was absolutely fantastic. The room was so clean and had everything you needed. The staff were always so nice and willing to help with whatever you needed. The food at the restaurants was just so yummy and great prices. I was definitely been staying here again.

Great place to stay. Very nice people. The beach is a stone throw away. Best location in town.

Rooms are tired. Restaurant was awesome

We had two meals.It was tale of two restaurants.Friday night we had a fantastic meal. Red emporer fish great and a beautifully cooked steak. Saturday night the fish Norwest snapper was inedible and my steak which I asked to be rare was overdone . The wives had steakburgers that were dreadful Sad

Could not recommend more highly. Friendly staff, great food and excellent cocktails. A proper good size smart tv! The whole place looks great for its age as it has been well maintained- really great to have such a pleasant surprise in a small town.
