Close proximity to the beach and surf club

The location was fantastic. One block from the Maroochydore Surf Club and the Cotton Tree shopping / cafe precinct. This apartment is on the top floor of this building with great views and close enough to still hear the waves breaking onto the beach.

Excellent sized unit for a family! Large kitchen and living area with a view of the ocean! Nothing was too much trouble for Andrea and Brett!

Fantastic location and great resident managers. Great spot to really relax with the family and have everything within a very short walk.

Awesome view of beach, very well equipped, newly renovated apartment, pool nice and warm. Andrea was very helpful and welcoming. Great location too. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again when up there.

Most enjoyable stay made so with the quality apartment with lift access and secure parking. The weather wasn't the best and the apartment made our time relaxing

Beautiful room in small complex. Managers Brett and Andrea were so lovely and friendly. Situated in an ideal position in Cotton Tree close to shops and transport. Parking was a breeze as well!

Was great with young children. Just a shame they were getting anew bathroom down stairs, power tools were noisy but we were pre warned. Unit facilities were great for our needs.

Large comfortable unit 1 block from beach and surf club. Library and barefoot bowling across the road, shops a couple of blocks away ... had a great time!

This was a great unit, close to the beach and easy to live in. We overlooked the pool, too. The only bad thing was that the bedrooms only had fans and were terribly hot. It was a heat wave too though. The value for money was amazing , having said that. The unit was spacious.

We enjoyed the stay at Sunshine Towers and made use of the Clubs and beach in the area.

Older apartment but the better features made this irrelevant.
