很好的酒店，设计非常精美，房间很干净和舒适。值得游玩的地方

Nachdem im gebuchten Zimmer die Klimaanlage (Aufstellgerät) kaputt war, bekamen wir ein sehr schönes neu renoviertes Zimmer mit Splitanlage (bei 38 Grad Celsius überlebenswichtig). Heißgetränke und Wasser ganztags verfügbar. Zentrale Lage in Tournai. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Un accueil très professionnel . un service au top

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Schritten erreicht man den Marktplatz, den Dom und den Quai. Gegenüber gibt es eine Tiefgarage, wir haben allerdings 100m weiter an der Strasse geparkt. Von 17.00 bis 9.00 parkt man gratis. Die üvrige Zeit kann man mit der EasyPark App bezahlen.

Quarto limpo e recepcionista agradável.

Woman at the reception was very friendly, showed us how to use the elevator to our rooms. The room itself was good, enough space to walk around in. It had some hangers for dresses, a little desk. The sheets were clean, multiple soft pillows and a harder pillow to sleep on. The bathroom was big enough for two people, but not much storage room there. I put my beauty bag on the counter of the window. You did see some mold in the corners of the shower, the shower heads had some limescale. The radiator had a lot of dust on it. It was 30° celcius during the day, so the room really heated up. We totally missed some airco during the evening/night. The breakfast was Intercontinental, with different types of bread, 5 choices of cheese and charcuterie, veggies, yogurt. Eggs, bacon, beans, sliced fruit and whole fruit. Different kinds of coffee and tea, juices. It was definitely enough and enough choices. Overall I would come back here, but not during hot summer time because of the lack of airco...

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et, une fois encore, le personnel a été formidable, la chambre spacieuse, très propre, avec une petite terrasse en bonus. Notre demande spéciale d'avoir de préférence une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et avec douche plutôt qu'une baignoire, pour mon amie PMR, a été prise en compte. Machine à café/thé/chocolat chaud disponible gratuitement pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Tout était parfait. Superbe établissement. Nous y reviendrons.

The receptionist was just the best. Really good and helpful and a lovely person. My only comment is that I thought it was a bit overpriced compared with the 14 hotels we stayed in in France during our road trip. The tap in the bathroom needed tightening up as it was loose in the unit. The lack of parking was a bit of a pain but we parked ouside and got away with it.

Excellent hôtel dans l'ensemble, et proche de la grand place de Tournai et de tous les musées ainsi que la cathédrale. Les chambres sont confortables et le petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. Seul bémol, la chambre disposait de deux petits lits plutôt que d'un lit double et c'était bien moins confortable.

Wonderful stay. Place is gorgeous, clean, private, lovely. Owner on premises. Amazing breakfast.

Een hele grote kamer, helaas geen stoeltjes, nachtkastjes en plek voor koffer. Terwijl plek zat. Verzorging ok.

The staff tried to be helpful, and eventually moved me to a better room after I had to complain that there were no light bulbs in the ceiling lights in the corridor outside my room and the wifi did not work. Both of these things were solved when I was moved to another room. Breakfast wasn’t served until 8 am, and I had to leave the hotel with no breakfast to get to my work on time. There was no evening meal available.

L'hotel est bien situé en plein coeur de la ville de Tournai. Le bâtiment ancien n'empêche pas des équipements modernes et de qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant et fort sympathique. Un moment plaisant dans cette petite ville qui vaut d'être découverte.
