I'm surprised Expedia lists this hotel. My room was much much like the photos. There were cigarette burns in the chair and the bedspread, there were two lamps that barely lit the room at night. The hotel offered "siesta" rates for stays of a few short hours and for legal reasons I can't say exactly what it looked like was going on there for some guests. There were notices about a fine for a missing or stained towel, but when I held several of them to the window light in the morning there were some dull stains on a few of them. I decided to sleep in my clothes because I was uncomfortable about how the hygiene. If my family was with me I would not have been able to stay the night. It was at one time a nice motel on the St. Lawrence Seaway and there was a nice small sitting area by the water.

I will never refer a friend to this hotel . Where they are trying to steal my money for service i never get. I made a reservation to this place an emergency came up i called on time to cancel it. They agree . Now they refuse to make the refund. This is not right,

When I arrive, they took my $300 via debit and maybe wait two hours to deny me a room

Ce fut le pire séjour à vie… drap taché, air climatisé et réfrigérateur défectueux en plus de passer 3 jours avec une toilette bouchée. Chambre pas propre. Staff non coopératif et bête.

Who approved this motel to be up and running? Very dirty shower curtains that makes me wonder when was it last changed. Very old, rusty baseboard heater. Very old tub with paint coming off. The exhaust fan in the washroom isn’t covered. I arrived late at 10pm and the there was no light on the motel sign. Please read the reviews before booking this. I made the huge mistake of relying on the photos they posted on their website. I ended up leaving as early as I can the following morning, lost my 2nd night booking fee, because it was non-refundable. It could have been a gem if it was well-maintained because of its great location by the river.

The room was very dirty, and the common areas were also very dirty. The guy who works at reception is extremely rude and ill-mannered. The staff doesn't speak English or French. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Room was not ready until 5PM. Bed was worn out . Floor in bathroom felt like you were going to fall through. Facet in tub was dripping al night. It had air conditioning but was not working and had to open windows to cool room. Window had not screen. There is no door lock other than the door knob. Sign at check in said you could rent a room by the hour. For 235.00 dollars a night due to availability it was extremely disappointing and .will not be back.

I was disgusted as soon as I walked in the room. There is no housekeeping. NOTHING was clean. Never coming here again. I would rather pay an arm and a leg to stay in a clean room than stay anywhere that says Motel ever again after this experience. If you don’t mind stains on the bed, toilet, dirty shower, dirty floors, literally dirty everything, and bugs, then you will be right at home. This place needs to be shut down immediately!

Do not stay here. The pictures are not even close to actual condition. The room was filthy. I slept with my cloths on and would not walk around the room without either socks or shoes on. There is a laundry list of issues. Pretty sure this is run by a gang and the police are showing up constantly. If it wasn’t for the F1 weekend, I would have moved to a different property. DO NOT LET THE PHOTOS FOOL YOU AS THEY DID ME.

Terrible for the price of over $300

The room was terrible and completely opposite from what was on a pictures!

Very disappointing experience. The hotel service was extremely poor, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and the room was dirty when we arrived. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. I expected much better for the price I paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Le prix en dit beaucoup, mais j’y retournerais sans hésiter! Pas eu le temps de profiter du bord de l’eau!
