飯店似乎是家族事業，員工感覺很像一家人，是家溫馨的小飯店。義大利麵有點煮太軟，但點主餐(午晚餐皆有)附設的沙拉吧很新鮮很好吃。早餐普通。

Excellent location, lovely property with fantastic view from the rooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Having stopped at this hotel on at least 6 occasions I can say nothing negative. Everything about this hotel is fabulous. Lovely and helpful staff, great service, bar and restaurant. Great garage parking for motorcycles.

They took full of charge even though I got trouble with transportation from Luxemburg unfortunately.

Nice place to stay. Easy parking next door. Friendly staff.

Our unit was hot like a Sauna and nobody was able to sleep at night. While the unit was nice, it is not usable when the weather is warm. Front desk staff was also unfriendly during check in. I wouldn't go back and stay there again.

This is the 4th stay at the hotel, and I still haven’t found anything negative to say about the hotel. The condition, facilities and bar and food prices are excellent. The service is always with a smile. I can’t wait to return. The underground parking is fabulous and is free of charge.

Super sejour chambre avec vue sur le chateau. Personnel très agréable.

Chambre propre et confortable. Vue sur le chateau. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking à côté de l'hôtel.

Familiekamer was prima in orde met 4 volledige bedden, geen slaapbank. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Personeel vriendelijk en netjes, spraken ook Nederlands.

Great place for a stay in Vianden, nice and quiet. Good breakfast and easy parking just beside the hotel.

Poor reception, rather unwelcoming. Spacious room, slightly dated. Excellent bathroom and shower. Great area.
