Need to raise toilet seats. Not unique to your hotel. Parking an issue exacerbated by street closures. Forewarning about street closures and help with route could have been helpful. Only stayed overnight so cannot really evaluate staff or breakfast.

Enjoyed our one night stay in this boutique hotel, especially the history and vibe. Great location near restaurants and sites. Room was comforable and appreciated the lemongrass toiletries, slighly scented towels and fluffy robes. Comfortable bed. Room mildly worn but nothing concerning. We paid for the parking which is a few minutes walk away which was good to 1 pm on checkout day.

Excellent location and well appointed rooms; parking was a bit of a walk but not an issue on this trip. The price for the location can’t be beat. Would stay again.

En plein cœur du Centre-ville de Trois-Rivières. Stationnement à 5m à pieds. Bon choix pour les spectacles à l’amphithéâtre COGECO qui est à quelques minutes de marche. Bel hôtel bien tenu.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. They even allowed us to store our bikes in a room near the lobby. Parking could be an issue in colder weather (it is several blocks away) but overall, this was one of the most comfortable and restful hotels we have stayed in Canada. We loved the town too.

Spotless hotel and room, very well renovated with lots of memorabilia to its past as a bank and fur shop. The parking is a five minute walk away but there is drop off immediately outside. Trois Rivieries itself is amazing, very vibrant in the centre with lots of excellent restaurants and bars to choose from.

Bien situé. On pourrait améliorer le sourire bienveillant lors de l’accueil, la propreté exemplaire de la chambre et rafraîchir l’image de l’hôtel qui a perdu un peu de lustre.
