La chambre était belle et propre. Le personnel était gentil et très serviable. Le bâtiment extérieur ainsi que les installations extérieurs ont besoin d'un peu d'amour.

Great location , everything is walkable.

Our first impression was not good but after 2 nights we felt we would be back. Next time I'll bring duvets, electric kettle and tea bags/ groceries (there is a photo of a non-existant dining room on their website). The good features, like good location, spacious room, new bathrobes, pool, hot tub, sauna and reasonable price outweight the shabbiness of the property. It is a historical building but poorly maintained. The staff was consistently polite in dealing with issues. I didn't try any spa services.

Our stay at the hôtel was fine. They should put a coffee machine in the hall. Or add coffee in the room rather than having to go to the réception.

All was perfect, except sauna - didn't work.

We liked the location, the facilities and the helpful staff. Pool is smaller than indicated in the photo. The one rule that should be implemented is the hours of whirlpool use. The motor/turbine to run it makes a lot of noise especially heard at night time. Therefore the use of the outdoor hot tub should be limited to 10 PM.

It's a really cozy place to stay for a few days. Service is great and it's really well located.

Mattress was not the best plus bed was squeaking when we where moving rest was very good

Outside terrace was never cleaned. The tables were dirty. No one cleaned our room for the 3 days not even to take garbage out. We asked and was told we are there for 3 days so they don’t go in our room. We booked a suite with the couch and got a room with 2 beds. The hideout bed in couch was screwed to the floor. I was very disappointed this trip.
