The location was great and front end staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the room had a funny food smell, the bathtub/shower didn’t drain well and it was noisy in the evening from other guests. Parking was free but the spots were quite small.

Love the area this hotel is in, directly across from the beach. Front desk staff was awesome. Needs new beds, they are very uncomfortable and maintenance is needed.

The room was dirty upon arrival and garbage not taken out. Once room was cleaned our feet and were still getting dirty from walking in the room. Garbages in the courtyard were all over flowing. Rooms were very dated and couches were very dirty

Location close to beach and strip

The location can’t be beat. Staff was very accommodating and responsive.

Spanish Villa was everything we needed: right on the beach, available last-minute, budget pricing, well-equipped kitchen for preparing our own meals, WONDERFUL staff (thanks for everything, Olivia!), quiet night's sleeps; we will definitely be back!

The property was right across the street to the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The parking lot is quite tight.

The hotel on the beach, kitchen was handy. We were not happy with the toilet not flushing good. The bathroom sink continued to plug and drain very slowly. Walls were very thin, heard talking in the next room late in the night. Water temperature fluctuates while showering. Likely won’t book again.

Cat food remained from the last guest all over the floor and in the bedding. Usually had to ask staff twice before they would make up the room. Staff had no change or soap pods available for the laundry machines, some of which ate your money. Poorly managed property. The beds were comfortable and the AC cold, no complaints there.

The motel is very run down and dirty. The only decent thing about it is the proximity to the beach and the front desk staff that greeted us on check in was lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at the Spanish Villa! The location couldn’t have been better right across from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot by the beach!
