Don’t get me wrong , the place is old. But for the price, it’s clean, convenient and serves its purpose. Stayed there before and will stay there again

It is an older site, the rooms were relatively clean and reasonably maintained. The stairs to the second floor are quite dangerous in my opinion. I would stay here again as the basics are all looked after.

Large clean room. Staff helpful . Good wifi. Great location.

All what we expect is met basic

Check in no one there, had a phone # but no one answered, so happen handly man was driving by and was able to get code for room. Had no internet information guy get store help us get it, tv would not turn on had to shake wires that where stuffed in a desk had to do that twice in the 2fays, found used towels on hooks of bathroom door,. Phoned the number total of 3 times no one ever answered it or contacted us We will never stay here or the other hotels they manage.

Nice staff Room was well kept and kitchen well stocked.

it would be better if they had designated parking spots for rooms

upon arrival check in was not ready i had to wait about 90 min for the room to be ready. the room did not look like the photos and looked like a dark closet/ storage area. fixtures were out of the 80s or early 90s including lighting, vanity, shower while bathroom really. seams on the drywall were popping. The door did not have a secondary or secure way to lock it was just a door handle lock. and the coffee maker did not work properly. whatever chemicals they used to clean smell treatable and triggered my allergy’s. i kept thinking i was smelling lingering cigarette Smoke in the room. the outside of the building is also wearing and old with concrete steps being chipped and rebar showing and stained with rust.

The room was very spacious - we had a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was clean. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful - even helped carry our stuff up the stairs. They also came to the room to assist with Wifi connection. It was very windy while we were there and lost internet and cable for one night though. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, though there was no paper towel. Lots of pots and fry pans. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap, only hand soap. Overall the room was great, given that it's an older motel. Location was great - just across from the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again.

No plates in the kitchen, dirty cups & glasses, only provide one face towel & one hand towel for 2 people staying.

Beautiful property right on the beach will go back for sure

Just a one night stay so we weren't expecting much . The room was clean enough and the kit hen was appointed well. The bed was too stiff for us but the sheets were clean. The outside stairs to the upper floor were in disrepair and needed to be fixed. The concrete was cracked and uneven. Lots of parking available and close to our room and proximity to beach and restaurants was excellent

Do not stay here, we had a horrible experience. Our room was late when we showed up to check in. The room wasn’t event cleaned when they gave us the key to check in. There was cigarette ashes in the bed, room was dirty and there was a guy smoking on a lawn chair right outside our door. Staff wasn’t much help and showed little concern, even though we have a young child! This place isn’t for families, did not feel safe, would not recommend.. to say the least. Hotels.com staff was helpful and processed a cancellation claim due to the concerns.

The staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The building needs some work on the outside. The stairs leading to the second floor definitely needs repair. The benefit of the place was being across the street from the beach and close proximity to restaurants.

Perfect place to stay at penticton.

Every thing was good the only thing that made me nervous was i am a senor citizen (75) and a bit unsteady and when I showered there was no rubber mat to stop slipping and having a hand grip device would of made me way more comfortable and secure in the shower Other than that room was A OK

Helpful staff, clean room, great location, its been around a long time.
