Very nice staff best view

Nice hotel with helpful staffs and wonderful view

A bit far to the train station and not close to the ski lift. The room is big, furniture were old style but clean, my room is not face to the Matterhorn as they said. Bathroom is smelly and from 1960’s. they should have a renovation, overall is expensive.

務必先聯絡飯店安排到火車站接送！若拉行李走路到飯店會瘋掉。距離火車站大約5分鐘有個升降梯可搭乘，但是也需要飯店的人才能開啟。房間可以遠眺山頭，飯店設施老舊，房東不太友善，員工比較熱情。

飯店有個方便的電梯 但是在check in之後才知道 最好在住客入住前先提供相關資訊給住客 方便入住的人

酒店位於山上，出入要乘電梯，不甚方便。 山景房向 Mount Matterhond 及有露台，風景很好。

地點遠不方便，其他酒店有接送，這酒店門有車，本人出口提出,也無，床鋪已舊到凹下去，那裏是給人瞓，一星級酒店都比過！有膽你地就住

Property location was great. Bathroom seemed a bit outdated. We just got an unfriendly feeling from the afternoon staff as if we were an inconvenience to them any time we had a question about anything. The morning lady that was there for breakfast was very pleasant though.

This hotel had the perfect view and when you want to go into town, there's an elevator that leads you straight to the town level to walk around. When you have bags there is the free shuttle to and from the train station.

高台にあってロケーションがよく部屋からの景色が素晴らしかった。またエレベータが利用できたので街への行き返りも便利でよかった。

Hotel muito bonito, localização privilegiada. Senti falta do ar condicionado (summer time is very hot!) Serviço de transfer oferecido poderia ser até as 21:00 (chegada do trem foi às 20:10, já não estava disponível o transfer)

Hyggeligt hotel, dejlig pool, skønt værelse og udsigt, god service. God morgenmad! Eneste minus var at den tredje seng, som var en sovesofa, var meget hård og dårlig at ligge på.

We had a great time at the Alpenroyal. The property was clean and beautiful, the spa was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect - the elevator was a surprise and helped getting around and our view was perfect!
