Well situated, excellent location. We had spiders net in our room hanging from the ceiling, shower was a bit moldy but we knew we were not booking a 4 star. Room was big, with small kitchen we were able to cook and enjoy family style vacation.

Good central location but room was a bit grubby. Not for me.

Nous avions un appartement, très mal équipé et très sale. De nombreuses tâches sur les murs et des traces de vomi au sol. Heureusement les lits étaient propres et confortables. Les volets ne se fermaient pas.

Excelente localização, funcionários atenciosos. O único quesito negativo é conforto das camas e limpeza não era 100%. Mas no geral uma boa acomodação.

For the price and location near Interlaken stations, this property was good. We were there to hike the mountains not to stay indoors. The location above a several restaurants was noisy at night and near construction in the morning. Usual city inconveniences.

The room was small and also if there was a kitchen it was almost impossible to cook. There was a kind of bad small in the room coming through the bathroom… it was not so comfortable for us. Through the pictures I thought we could have a nice view but actually you could see nothing much. A bit disappointed. But I think it’s ok if you stay one night. They give you a card for taking buses for free during all your stay!

Schade, dass niemand deutsch sprach. Lage und alles weitere bestens.

This was a one bedroom studio apartment. The condition of the apartment was not great. The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator - about which we are not informed about at the time of booking. Imagine carrying 4 suitcases to the 4th floor. The appartment gets direct sun and there were no fans. It got very very hot in the day time. This apartment is built in attic and we kept on bumping our heads. Avoid this place, if you can.

The property is really in a bad condition and dirty. All the utensils provided in the apartment as well as the floor was dirty.

Es war sehr schmutzig , Wc und Bad Zimmer hat gestunken. Wir konnten dort nicht schlafen. Geld wollte man nicht zurückzahlen.sollte man aus dem Sortiment nehmen

Leider funktionierte die Heizung am Anfang nicht. Das Personal war aber sehr hilfsbereit und brachte uns zusätzliche Bettdecken und elektrische Heizöfen. Das Personal war grundsätzlich immer höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Zimmer sauber war, hat es eine generelle Auffrischung oder Renovation nötig. Alles in Allem ein Preis / Leistungs - Verhältnis, das oK war.

Heel simpele kamer, schoon, goed bed, goede douche en toilet, uitzicht niets waard, een hoog huis op twee meter afstand, vlakbij de winkelstraat met alleen maar horeca, in het weekend lang lawaaiig, keukentje minimaal maar O.K.

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico,l'alloggio andava benissimo perchè stavamo fuori dalla mattina alla sera.Ci sono alcune cose che dovrebbero essere riviste,a partire dalla pulizia che era abbastanza scarsa dato che alcune zone della cucina erano nere mentre altre erano scrostate.Purtroppo mancavano i comodini e le luci da notte.Consiglierei di levare la cucina per dare più spazio alla stanza.Posizione fantastica per via del centro a pochi passi,della vicinanza della stazione d'Interlaken West e la comodità della fermata dell'autobus a pochi metri era ottima.

차로갔는데 위치가 정확하지않고 길이좁아 겨우 찾았어요. 호텔토스카나에서 운영하는 아파트라 처음부터 호텔토스카나로 찾아가셔야해요. 주차공간 만차라 또 몇바퀴 돌았어요 ㅠ 식기류있어 편했고, 주차관련,선풍기고장, 전자레인지사용후 두꺼비집내려감, 세면대물안빠짐 등 첫날 고충?을 리셉션직원이 친절히 응대해주시고 바꿔주시고, 고쳐주시고 하셨어요. 시설은 보수가 더 필요한듯하나 친절한응대 덕분에 이틀 잘해먹고 쉬었어요.

좋아요! 아파트는 엘베가 없데서 호텔로 룸 체인지해서 묵었는데 완전 안락하고 좋았어요! 조식이 포함된 금액이 아니라 먹지는 않았지만,,조식은 따로 먹으려면 비싸요,, 물가가 물가라서,, 그래도 방은 너무 편하고 좋았어요. ㅂ발코니도 엄청 작게 있었는데 그곳에서 양옆으로 산이 보이고 바로 앞에는 아이스매직?이라고 아이스링크장이 반짝거려서 뷰도 괜찮았어요. 서역에서는 엄청가깝고 5분?정도!// 동역에서는 뒷문으로 나가면 15분 정도걸려요!방도 약간 큰 다락방?느낌ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ좋아요 깨끗하고! 사장님?도 착하세요! 1층에는 가게가 있는데 안가봤어요 중국사장님이신데 친절하세요~!

Studio au 3e étage avec chambre double et salon-chambre et petit balcon. Parfait pour une nuit entre amis. Fenêtre donnant sur les restaurant du quartier chinois d'une rue piétonne peu bruyante.

Sign in room about potential water damage charges BUT no bath mat to protect the floor. Wouldn't help with luggage transit up several flights of steps. Had to ask for mugs though there was a hot water kettle. Mamut helped us out, Kevin at desk was helpful. Room wasn't as shown on web. At least clean room and quiet outside.
