Room and breakfast are nice. Buses on the weekend can be less frequent and the last one at 5:10pm which is slightly less convenient - however the mountain view is great. At check out, found out that the hotel charged around 5 Euro for a bottle of water on the desk of the room which was a surprise to me.

Hotel Hammer was the best! Our private room and bath was clean, cute, and felt luxurious compared to other places we have stayed! The views were amazing. The staff is friendly and everything that was provided for us was either lovely or delicious. Highly recommend.

The staff were so friendly. They gave us great recommendations for our next stop on our trip as well as things to do around Lucerne. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was really attentive to help when we were confused. The property was very clean. The view was incredible. And its such a good property for such a low price, which really helped me on my first trip out of the country. Definitely recommend, the bus isn't too expensive to get to Lucerne from the place, just hop in the SBB app.

When we went, they were under renovations. However, they upgraded us to a deluxe room with a picturesque mountain view and balcony. Everything was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice hotel in the mountain valley. Every staff is nice and friendly. Very tasty and great presentation of breakfast. Excellent choice for relaxing and enjoying beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good with homemade jams. Narrow roads to drive to hotel but worth it for staying in beautiful mountain valley.

Beautiful lodge surrounded by a stunning terrain. The breakfast was generous and the staff couldn’t be more kind. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Colazione ottima, varia e di qualità. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un graditissimo upgrade della nostra sistemazione, molto apprezzato. L’hotel è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione, ma i lavori stanno procedendo molto bene e promettono un risultato finale ancora più accogliente. Consigliato!

The hospitality of the staff was wonderful! Amazing view from our room and the breakfast was hearty and delicious.

The most beautiful views from the room. This is an ideal place to stay that is close and easily accessible by bus and train to Lucerne. The staff was lovely and so helpful. The stay was comfortable. We booked a more basic suit but it was just what we needed as a safe and clean spot to stay. Very close to Mount Pilatus. Highly recommend
