Kabin minamiza is fit for purpose. The room is clean, space just fit 4 adults for its room. The location is superb. Just a point when you are booking, check carefully the details because you are not able to change the reservations once you have booked and use the app for faster check in. There is laundry. Payment is around 300-400 yen per wash (only 100 yen allowed in coin slot - ask reception if you want change). There is no room cleaning. You can take towels yourself at each floor. Overall, an efficient stay
