We stayed in one of the outbuilding apartment. Excellent breakfast and good choices! Cappuccino is on tap. Bed is not that comfortable, but serve the purpose. Sound insulation is not that good as you can hear the next door speaking etc in the night.

Struttura semplice ma funzionale. Comoda per raggiungere Lucca e dintorni in meno di 10 minuti di macchina. Camera e bagno spaziosi. Ottima colazione e buona scelta anche per la cena.

Local agradável. Bom para familias. Equipe muito boa. Quarto se ouve o vizinho. Não fica próximo ao aeroporto 40min.

Prachtige lokatie, mooi zwembad en heel fijn personeel. Wij hebben twee fijne dagen gehad, zowel Lucca als Pisa zijn met de auto binnen twintig minuten te bereiken!

Hotel Villa Rinascimento: L'eccellenza di un servizio giovane e un'esperienza davvero "coccolata" All'Hotel Villa Rinascimento, tra Pisa e Lucca, abbiamo trovato non solo una struttura incantevole con una location bellissima, una piscina rigenerante e un'attenzione ai dettagli impeccabile (dalla colazione pazzesca, alla cura di ogni singolo dettaglio dell'hotel). Il vero punto di forza è il personale, giovane e dinamico e incredibilmente attento, disponibile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti totalmente coccolati e al centro dell'attenzione, quasi come se fossimo gli unici ospiti. Non solo non ci hanno fatto mancare niente, ma hanno anche anticipato le nostre esigenze con gesti che fanno la differenza: * Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in e, sebbene la stanza non fosse ancora pronta, ci hanno permesso di depositare subito le valigie e ci hanno dato la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina e le aree comuni fin da subito, offrendoci un ottimo modo per iniziare il relax. * Allo stesso modo, il mattino dopo, dopo aver effettuato il check-out, ci hanno concesso di restare in piscina per goderci le ultime ore all'interno dell'hotel prima di partire nel primo pomeriggio. * Inoltre, ci hanno offerto gratuitamente l'acqua per la camera e, al momento della partenza, ci hanno omaggiato di due bottiglie d'acqua per il viaggio, un pensiero graditissimo per affrontare il caldo. La loro genuina voglia di far stare bene l'ospite eleva l'esperienza a un livello superiore.

Great stay here and the place is beautiful

L'endroit est magique au cœur des montagnes avec une vue très paisible et agréable. Le personnel est chaleureux, le restaurant est très bon avec des prix corrects et le buffet du petit-déjeuner est convenable (large offre sucrée). Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit qui est en plus proche de Pise (20 minutes en voiture). Je recommande pour tous ceux qui veulent s'accorder une pause de douceur au cœur de la nature !

The room smelt very damp and of mildew. There was a kitchenette but no utensils, pots or pans. The staff was very nice, polite and professional and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

Really nice place. Beautiful views. Lovely staff! Plenty of parking. Has a huge pool with a view to the mountains. The breakfast was nice but could have more variety or fruits and less cakes. Some fresh juices would be nice as well. Would definitely come back again.

Stanza in depandance pulita, calda e confortevole, molto bello il bagno (nuovo) e ottima la colazione completa per ogni esigenza e gusti.

Room wasn’t prepared for us and I wasn’t hot water in the bathroom

Erg mooie locatie hoog tegen de bergen om de streek te bezoeken! Prachtig hotel met fantastische vriendelijkheid, behulpzaamheid en enthousiasme! Uitgebreid heerlijk buffet! Stille omgeving! Uitstekende uitvalsbasis om te wandelen en te fietsen.

Overall stay was okay. The place is located uphill and the village nearby did not have any kinds of shops, so be prepared to not have any supermarkets or shops nearby. The food at the restaurant did not taste that much and the portions were quite small. Staff was friendly but didn’t really showed much interest in the guests.

Super Küche!

Bei Ankunft mussten wir erstmal suchen, wo die Rezeption ist, da keinerlei Beschilderung. Gepäck mussten wir über eine enge Außentreppe nach oben zum Zimmer schleppen. Das Zimmer begeht man durch eine Holztür von der großen Terrasse aus. Das Holz war extrem morsch und verzogen, so das überall größere aufgesprungene Ritze waren, durch die Insekten problemlos reinkamen. Wir mussten erstmal einige fliegende Ameisen und Käfer beseitigen, die sich im Zimmer befanden (auch im Bett). Restaurant des Hotels hat Sonntags geschlossen und man konnte uns nicht sagen, ob es Montag aufhaben wird. Bad ok, aber Heizung, die gleichzeitig als einzige Möglichkeit dient, die Handtuchhalter aufzuhängen, ist lange nicht mehr geputzt worden und sehr staubig. Toilettenpapierhalter muss dringend erneuert werden. Zimmer recht schlicht, aber sauber. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kochfeldern und Kühlschrank, allerdings keinerlei Besteck oder Geschirr. Für Selbstversorger also eher unbrauchbar. Klimaanlage lässt sich nur auf 24 Grad kühlen. Pool ist ganz schön. Pool towels kann man für 3,50 € mieten (kein guter Service). Frühstück war ganz gut. Blick von der Terrasse sehr schön.

Nice staff, good location, nice swimming pool and plenty of area for kids and adults, some activities. Great restaurant with good dining selection and service. Good breakfast and dinner options.

Bardzo ładnie położony z dobrym dojazdem do Pizy i Lucca

Jammer dat het hotel grote groepen feestvierders toelaten wat zorgt voor een minder rustige setting dan je zou verwachten. Verder wel prima verblijf en goede uitvalsbasis om Toscane te verkennen.
