Brand new hotel, great deco, nice breakfast.

Beautiful, modern, clean and spacious rooms with quality products and amenities. Very polite and friendly staff. Great location right infront of Horgen station with the veiw of lake Zurich. Highly recommend

Tolles uns sauberes Hotel mit bequemen Betten. Frühstück outstanding. Leider kostet die Gym Benutzung 20CHF extra, was in der Anzeige hier nicht ersichtlich ist, daher der Punkteabzug.

Nice modern hotel with a good breakfast included, adjacent to the local train station, nice views of the lake, and paid parking is convenient if you have a car.

Kudos to the staff who are very accomodating and friendly! The front desk lady, who I forgot her name went above and beyond by accomodating us to check in early as we had a long flight from USA. Thank you Yarn hotel! We had a very great experience at your hotel.

I recently stayed at the Yawn Hotel twice in two weeks, and while the first visit was excellent, the second was quite the opposite. **First Stay:** During our first visit, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms, though relatively small, were very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had no complaints and left feeling satisfied. **Second Stay:** However, our excitement for the second stay quickly turned to disappointment. We arrived late at night to find our room had an awful smell, reminiscent of garbage and spoiled cabbage. After struggling to reach someone for assistance, we finally spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who moved us to another room. Unfortunately, this new room also had no hot water, which was unacceptable since we needed to leave by 9 AM. We ended up leaving early due to this inconvenience. To add to our frustration, I realized I had forgotten my connector and returned to the hotel to retrieve it. To my surprise, despite not formally checking out, the staff had already started cleaning our room. I learned from a local repairman that many guests had been facing the same issue with hot water, suggesting that this is a common problem at the hotel. What was most disappointing was the lack of effort from the hotel staff to address our concerns. No one reached out to see how they could help or offered any help or efforts for the terrible experience

For one night ok! Parking Garage, Train Station, Lake, Bus, Streets very close to the modern Hotel. Friendly staff, small bathroom, no bidet, little space around the bed, small but rather good breakfast buffet.

Very nice stuff, very helpful. location is beautiful, walking distance from the lake. train & bus stations near by. breakfast was surprisingly reach, much more than standard continental breakfast.

Qualiät Restaurant war gut (Frühstück und Mittagessen). Bedienung war unmöglich.

Das The Yarn ist eine neues Business-Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof Horgen, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gute Lösung für eine Spätanreise mit der Türöffnung (Haupttüre und Zimmertüre) über die Webseite.

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is one of the best Ive stayed in. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Second to none for public transport. The bed is one of the most comfortable. But its the view that takes it all the way to the top of the list. Im regretting only staying one night to break up my journey home.
