Kings in the SPA went above and beyond in providing scheduling assistance and service! She and the spa team made our stay PERFECT!

Great location next to beautifull lake. Good size pool. Maybe only one little downside- not the greatest variety of breakfast options.

Wir waren skeptisch was die Fotos um Verhältnis zum Preis anging, wollten aber in der Gegend übernachten. Das Hotel ist wirklich sauber, gepflegt und funktional. Der Preis inkl. Frühstück damit sensationell, was eventuell Saisonbedingt war. Klare Empfehlung!

Aamiaiselle ei ollut croissantteja, kahvi oli kummallista. Ravintolasta ei saanut ruokaa illalla, mutta naapurihotellin ravintolasta sai. Kylpylä ja uima-allas oikein siistejä.

Parkplatz, Rezeption, Zimmer, Ausstattung und Frühstück prima, ABER: das Restaurant schließt um 18.30 Uhr - Hinweis, bei der Rezeption hatten wir noch gefragt, ob das Restaurant abends offen ist! Das Zimmer war recht kalt, ohne Einflussnahme-Möglichkeit.

Siisti ja iso huone, kiva sijainti ja hyvä aamiainen. Kylpyläosasto oli suuri pettymys.

Nice new (or newly renovated) hotel rooms in Augustow. Location is nice, surrounded by woods and lakes, and free parking is good. The pool and sauna area was also nice and in good condition. Only negative was that we were told that the bar/cafe was open until 21:30, and went down to order a coffee to take up the the room at 21:10 only for the lady there to very rudely and melodramatically say "noooooo" when we walked in, shake her head and told us to go away. We checked again at the reception if we heard the opening time correctly and it was indeed that the cafe should have been serving until 21:30, so that was a bit confusing and left a bad feeling. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and the other staff were friendly enough.

Schwimmbad war herausragend, ebenso die Promenade

Nous cherchions un hôtel dans ce secteur. Mais, pas trop de choix. Le WIFI et les réseaux mobiles ne fonctionnaient plus entre 20h30 et 22h30 : tout était saturé ! Au check-out, la personne à la réception nous a présenté une facture pour 3 chambres, alors que nous nous n'en avions que 2. Nous avons dû insister pour ne payer que le juste prix. Manque de professionnalisme ?

A very nice retreat in the Northern lakes area of Poland. Wonderful walking/bike paths and boat rentals of various sizes. Quality place for a recovering eastern European nation. Have no hesitation of recommending.
