Lovely apartment. Great location near Old Town Krakow and ICE. Good furnishings. Comfy bed. Very secure property block with security guard 24/7. Convenient parking in a secure, guarded multi-storey directly opposite apartment entrance. I was skeptical because other reviews were old and negative but having stayed there for a week, I’d happily book the apartment (#26) again. I stayed on my own for a few days whilst attending a work conference and my partner later joined me. Perfect for solo travellers or a couple.

Terrible treatment from the property. I paid for 3 nights and also paid additional for an airport transfer. I was informed that the driver would assist with check in. The driver did not offer any support and also tried to charge almost double the agreed fare. As i was told i would have check in assistance i had no details on how to access the key safe. The security guard was rude, unhelpful and left us (including myself who is pregnant) on the streets of krakow from 2am until 5am. He repeatedly said i should have been texted an SMS code which i hadnt. In the end expedia had to book me another hotel for my stay.

Good location, short walk from the centre. 24 hour security. Well put together apartment.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Extremely spacious and modern. Great bathrooms and balconies. So close to everything. We saw this listed on Expedia as a 3.5 star, however we felt it was much closer to a 5 star . Next time in Krakow we would stay here again.

Check in experience was not good. Apartment reception would not speak english making it hard after a long journey from USA. WiFi was not working and was fixed only after several hours after checkin. Otherwise, Location is good. Apartment was in good condition. Everything was close by.
