Whilst we would normally take a hotel for such family city breaks, we took the Penthouse and can now definitely recommend it. Location is great with local bars, restaurants, bakers etc within a 2-min walk, or 10-15-mins walk to most tourist areas, or next to tram stop and main taxi routes if you want to go further... Remote Check-in process is professional and easy, everything you need (except milk) is supplied, quality fittings, immaculate finish and condition throughout, loads of space for 4. Loft Affair Customer Helpline is there should you need anything, we didn't so have no hesitation in saying we will be back to Krakow in the Penthouse Orzeszkowa.

The property itself is lovely, it is very modern and well furnished. It is within walking distance to many shops and the square. It is a safe area and has a lift. However this stay and this rating has been let down by a number of factors that come soley from the information and decisions of Loft Affair: (1) Loft affair have false information on their welcome display within the property, meaning the incorrect wifi network and pass word is provided to guests. (2) An umbrella in the property was not checked and found to be broken when opened, this caused an injury to the guest and Loft Affair refused to comment on this even after being sent proof (3) A bathroom lock broke, causing us to miss a trip as someone was trapped inside until a locksmith came. Loft affair refused to compensate ANY amount of the missed tried due to it being random circumstance (imagine if you missed your flight - I would recommend to break the door down if this happens to you) (4) Loft affair held onto the security deposit for the maximum amount of time (7 working days) only refunding it after being prompted, there is no evidence they would have done it otherwise Whilst their customer service are fast to respond to queries, if you ever need them if something goes wrong they are powerless and repetitive. Would I use this company again? Maybe, if things go right it will be great but if anything goes wrong they are useless in my opinion, they do not care about losses or injuries caused by them.
