Lokasi strategis di Melbourne CBD, dekat Southern Cross Station, dekat Melbourne Akuarium. Tram stop di depan hotel. Naik 1 tram ke Docklands/Marvel Stadium. Naik 1 tram ke Flinders St. Naik 1 tram ke pantai St Kilda. Ada dapur kecil, dengan kompor, oven, microwave, kulkas. Ada piring gelas dan alat memasak. Ada mesin cuci dan mesin pengering.
