服务很尽心，为我们升级到带客厅的房间，房间布置、早餐、花园。。。都非常好，我们很满意。位置离瀑布稍有点远，步行去瀑布约20多分钟，如果不想走，可有公共交通可代步。

I loved the personal experience of staying at a small place outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. The room was amazing. Great bed and a very relaxing whirlpool tub. Would highly recommend. Two blocks from WeGo bus to get to all the attractions.

Bedham B&b was great for two nights at Niagara Falls. Joyce is a fantastic host! Good location part way between the falls and Niagara on the lake. Would stay again.

Lovely BnB with great breakfast. Everything smells like lavender and it’s a few minutes down the road from the fall.

Amazing place to stay. Joyce and John are very gracious hosts. Fresh fruit is amazing. 5 minute walk to the Wegu bus.

Everyone was so welcoming. Met John upon arrival and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Joyce who greet you in the morning and takes your breakfast order is the sweetest, nicest woman I could’ve stayed and talked with her for quite a while. Ping, The cook and baker is unsurpassed as far as other B&B chefs and I’ve had some good ones. The bed was comfortable, had an independent air conditioning unit on top of the Central air, which we only needed at night. The location is ideal. The first day we walked to the Falls and all of its sites. The second day we drove up by Queenston and to Niagara on the lake Ontario for the peach festival. Got to experience the town in a nice way. Then we drove over to Avondale Dairy Bar for the best ice cream I’ve ever had highly recommend. We had a wonderful two day adventure.

Our stay was everything we expected and more. Very clean, welcoming hosts and convenient walk to the falls. Breakfast was fresh and large portions to start your day if exploring.

Great location on the quiet side of Niagara Falls. Hosts and staff are super nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazingly delicious! Room was comfortable. Nice patio area as well. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. Joyce and her team are amazing and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Our room was spacious, beautiful and amazingly clean. Breakfasts were generous and delicious. The property is conveniently located about a mile mile from the falls along the Niagara River on a bus line with easy access to the falls or to wine country. We could not ask for a better stay.

Due to a glitch with Hotels.com we were unable to stay at Bedham. We had a reservation and the system showed we cancelled. The hosts could not be nicer and more helpful in helping us find a new location. The place was beautiful.

Joyce and Ping made our stay in Bedham Hall and Niagara Falls a really relaxing stay, very attentive, great cooking, and very comfortable stay (the bed was great after long hard days being a tourist). Joyce and Ping hosted us and were very enthusiastic about looking after us, keeping us fed and letting us share our stories from the previous day and our plans for the day ahead, at the same time guiding us with useful tips and hints for the local area, brilliant hosts. Bedham Hall is also very convenient for those travellers coming into the Bus Terminal and also the WEGO local tourist hop on hop off bus.

The proprietor was very personal and respectful. Breakfast was individually sweved and doning area was intimate and genteel.

Very lovely 150 year old Victorian home, nicely decorated. Hosts were wonderful and breakfast was great.
