Loved our stay!

The reception staff accommodated our request for a room change. We really appreciated his flexibility. The property is located on the waterfront and the views are gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet even though the highway is nearby.

Wonderful view and comfortable place to stay.

Friendly staff, property is dated and showing its age, but everything was clean and comfortable. Walls are a little thin, so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. Some rooms have kitchenettes so expect food smells at times.

Rooms were clean, coffee bar was nice and the steam room was a bonus!

The location is on a beautiful beach! It is outside of Campbell River and not close to restaurants so a vehicle is required. The coffee, toaster, microwave and dishes are communal with a lovely eating area with a view. Lovely place for relaxing, beach walks and watching the birds.

Great location, with grounds reaching to the shoreline. Staff friendly and helpful. No restaurant/cafe.

No AC You could hear the shower and people using the bathroom in the next room Shower curtain needed a liner, so it sprayed water thru it onto the floor Front desk and lobby with table and couches was closed at 9pm till 9am Only one gentlemen at the front desk was friendly and helpful Deck off room was covered in pinecones and needles

Clean room, beautiful grounds with lots of comfortable seating in the backyard with beautiful sea views, inside common area was nice too. Hot coffee and hot water was available in the morning downstairs.

Panoramic view of the ocean & coastal mountains, stunning sunset from the ocean view rooms! Spacious & clean room! Coffee and tea available 24:7; would be better if there’s free continental breakfast ( cereal, toast, muffin)!

We received prompt support from the front end team, the room was ready for our arrival. The room was clean and a good size for our needs

The bed was comfortable, things were clean, the ocean view was a plus. The fitness room was not as advertised, the tea and coffee selection was nice. There needs to be longer front desk hours.

It was simple and affordable.

Air-conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. Parking was sufficient. Staff were good.

Older renovated hotel….room was nice…..was expecting queen beds but only doubles which would have been perfectly fine with 2 people. I did like being on beach. No breakfast just coffee of tea and it’s 20 minutes from Campbell River so you need to bring muffins or something, Sunset was nice……not a lot of parking…..we needed disabled but didn’t see one. Young man did help us with luggage though.
