Zentrale Lage, die Chefin hat uns ignoriert, obwohl wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt die einzigen Gäste waren. Das hat uns mindestens erstaunt, die MitarbeiterInnen waren nett und hilfsbereit.

L'hôtel est dans une jolie maison authentique. Le personnel est très sympatique et aidant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la ville, il y a un parking sécurisé (en supplément) juste à côté.

The venue is excellent, the location perfect, the hotel is a good example of simple beauty, the staff extremely professional and helpful, and Lorena has been pure perfection, always ready to walk an extra mile to make my stay comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the restaurant is excellent - one of the best in Otavalo. The free breakfast is just average, but the lunch and dinner menu is great. The pizza from their wood fired oven is excellent, and also their various pasta dishes.

Awesome hotel that is centrally located ,very clean and offers a complimentary breakfast . Service staff and arranged taxi to the airport is first class .

Check in was easy, appreciated the parking across the street. Decor of hotel is cheerful, the beds were comfortable, the hot shower plentiful. Perfect location between main square and market.

Muy buena atención

Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service.

They tried to give us a single bed, when we had booked for a couple. The pictures they have posted is nothing like the property. No TV, $5 per night for parking when they list parking on property. This is for budget backpackers, not a hotel.

Jolie hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel est très amical, c’est propre, il y a 4 choix de petits déjeuner c’était très bien. Ça a été très facile de trouver du stationnement

Staying at Dona Esther was a wonderful experience. The rooms are charming, clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a feeling of happiness and warmth among the staff. The courtyard and the restaurant are pretty and cozy. Our food was excellent.

We spent one night here but it was very comfortable, homely, and the staff were super helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
