Es muy limpio el lugar y es pet friendly

I had a great stay here. I thought the traffic noise would be too loud but I slept like a baby. I get the pleasure of staying here again in three weeks.

In the heart of Downtown (Centro) of Guayaquil, so may things are here and in walking distance, came by multiple times to drop off shopping. Place was spacious, had a mini fridge, a tv, as well as soap and shampoo. Was very comfortable, my only slight complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, you can hear the neighbors music and speaking, however, everything else was good and I'd stay here again in the future! El personal muy amable, nos atendieron con mucha paciencia. Nos guardaron los equipajes hasta la salida de nuestro viaje y nos permitió salir a recorrer la bahía y el malecón

They clean your room but they use the same sheets pillows you slept the last night they don’t change them also the WiFi is not good the water from bathroom is cold and the area is very dangerous also we found a spider in bathroom
