Beautifully located right in Tomar’s amazing park! . Quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was quite reasonable - all the standards. Staff was excellent. Loved using the sauna and massage pools. Earned all of the four stars.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff could not have been more gracious and helpful. The room and bathroom were lovely, the water hot, the towels fluffy. In-room robes were a nice touch. The breakfast was beautifully presented, delicious, and plentiful. Patricia, our main concierge, was beyond helpful and charming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and stay there again.

Im Mai 2023 eröffnet und komplett renoviert. Sehr schöne Zimmer, schönes Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet (ab 8 Uhr). Kleiner Spa Bereich mit Sauna und kleinem Pool. Außergewöhnliche Lage auf der kleinen Insel - bei Anfahrt mit Auto am besten die Instruktionen/Illustration auf der Hotelseite beachten; google maps hätte uns falsch auf die Insel geleitet/keine Straße gefunden, da man nur als Hotelgast rauffahren darf (01/2025)

This is a lovely hotel. Great location on an island between old an new city. Beneath the castle . The room was great, the good was great. What stands out is the level of service . I felt like I was at home.

This was our favorite stay of our many weeks' trip throughout Portugal. It is a charming European style hotel with a modern twist. It felt like a home away from home. The staff was so very friendly and knowledgeable about Tomar and surrounding area. The hotel is situated on BEAUTIFUL grounds that we strolled several times during our stay. This is a place to enjoy and refresh, and we can't wait to return one day.

This was our second stay this year. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The situation of the hotel could hardly be bettered.

Le plus de l hotel, sa localisation proche de toutes les attractions de Porto. Le personnel est accueillant. L hotel a du charme, et les chambres sont agréables meme si elles sont petites. Le plus le goûter tous les après-midi

Loved this Hotel! It was our favorite of our six hotels on this trip. We stayed three nights. It sits on a beautiful park and river with easy free parking. We loved our room, the deck, the park, the river, the restaurant. David and the rest of the staff took great care of us. They were always trying make sure we were comfortable. We will return here for sure.
