Great stay again although bit of a wait for dinner considering the amount of people in the restaurant

I try to stay here when working at Brands Hatch as it is just so convenient. Room are spacious, with great facilities, eg power points, fan, desk, sofa etc. Bed is very comfortable for a decent nights sleep and the rooms are very quiet. Great shower in the morning. Great food in the restaurant downstairs. Things to note, the car park is fairly small and if the restaurant is busy parking when you arrive in the evening can be tricky. Service this time in the restaurant was VERY slow on one of the three nights where it took an hour to be served the starter. There was a group in the following evening who didn't get their meals (despite having pre-ordered) until gone 9:30. That being said the food is worth waiting for. The final point is the Rising Sun Inn doesn't serve breakfast or evening meals on Sunday.

Positives - staff were friendly. Negatives - we had to swap rooms as Bed was broken, no signal, sheets were dirty and TV didn’t work Orders food at 5pm - it took one and a half hours to cook four burgers and a scampi - I had to ask the staff in the end.

Friendly staff but very long wait for a sandwich , no hot water as plumbing / gas issues.

Staff were fantastic. As a result of a late ending to racing I was too late for the evening menu. A short phone call to the Pub ordered sandwiches for when I got back. They were ready for me as soon as I got in.

Room not made up when arrived ( Double ). Moved rooms but only had single beds in. Freezing cold. Heating come on 9pm. Then was fine. Shower and taps luke warm with no pressure. Tv not great. Was only there one night so didn’t make a fuss.

Unfortunately, when we arrived on the Sunday afternoon/early evening despite the website Hotels.com and their own saying they were serving food, they weren't and there was nowhere locally that was, so we had to drive to the Co-Op and have picnic dinner in our room. Our room was awful, dirty bed linen and an awful smell of over sprayed fabric cleaner. The lady at the pub was about to go home but stayed on and changed our room, which was much better. After all of this, again despite the websites and the notice in the bedroom saying they served breakfast and had tall the timings, we were informed that breakfast was not being served.

Great location for Brands Hatch circuit and food. Let down a little by cleanliness due to some cob webs about the room and long life milk out of date.

Excellent staff, Paige and Ben were super helpful and made our stay excellent. Food great. Rooms slightly noisy when fully occupied but to be expected with this type of establishment

I stay here when working at Brands because of the comfort of the accommodation and the convenience of being so close. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and particularly comfortable. Great shower. Restaurant and bar food is good although the menu seems to have been condensed since earlier in the year. Just gets slightly more restrictive when staying 4 nights. The only downside is parking is a bit limited when arriving back from the circuit later.

Food was excellent and have chosen 3 courses, I wondered if I was going to be able to eat it all. It was good value and if I was in summer would have been great to use outdoor beer gardens etc,

Could do with hade rails inthe shower

one night stop over for work, food and staff was great.
