I enjoyed everything about my stay.

There was noise outside at inconvenient times Bkfst área was too small. Staff was courteous but they were overextended.

Good breakfast, clean room, perfect service.

The staff is very friendly. We stayed with small baby and they allowed us early check in.

Clean rooms and helpful front desk

Hotel was great. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff at the front desk were very nice and so were the bellhops. The rooms were kept clean by housekeeping regularly. Only thing that was kind of a downside is there isn't really anything to do in the area. The subway is about a 10 minute walk so not that bad. There's a little convenience store around the corner and a couple fast food restaurants a few streets down. But for the hotel, I say 100% stay here if you aren't sure

Noisy the two nights. Train nearby noisy. People slamming doors and speaking loud after 1am in the hallway. Not cleaned bathroom, long hair in tub. Worn out case good, and sink. $400 a night I would expect better amenities.

We stayed here as an alternative to staying in Manhattan since it was a short train ride into the city every day. We were disappointed because the hotel was overly busy with only one working elevator. Lineups to get to and from our room were long, and the breakfast lineup took us nearly 30 minutes to get our food. The area around the hotel did not appear to be very safe with lots of police presence and no businesses within walking distance that we would consider visiting. The staff was friendly, but were overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Affordable hotel with comfortable rooms. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Everything went smoothly

While the location is not ideal the property makes up for it with on-site valet parking, complimentary breakfast and an adequately sized room with a well appointed kitchenette replete with a dishwasher.

Great stay, hotel was clean and comfortable. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the staff was friendly and efficient. We were given a new room within an hour.
