Linen needs replacing. Food in restaurant is good but limited.

We had a very pleasant stay. Accomodating staff, PEACEFUL, clean environment. Their prce is very reasonable. We will definitely stay at redoorz hotel again.

The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms is clean, with safe, spacious parking areas. Very affordable and really great value for what we paid for. Will definitely book and stay again at this hotel.

Worst noisy aircon unhelpful employees we have to transfer to 3 rooms. The 3rd room has so many cockroaches at night.

The location is great, quite place. The room is fine, great for having hot shower. Not ideal for those who have mobility problem since the hotel has no elevators. The staff needs improvement especially the Housekeeping team, I put on the refresh room notice before I leave and when I went back, the signage were already on the floor balcony and no one did the cleaning,(smart move), done intentionally. The cafe is fine. Not budget friendly tho.

The Room was great and The staffs are really friendly. We had fun staying and had a good sleep, better than other hotels. We just wished that the hot shower works. But overall experience was amazing. We will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

Excellent, comfy bed and clean rest room.

The hotel was a little hard to find since it is located inside the Grand Lodge compound. Other than that we were surprised to see that our room is quite spacious. The beds are comfortable and clean. The toilet has water heater and bidet. At first I thought the shower is not working, it turned out you had to push the button on the heater before water could come out of the shower when you turn the knob. There's no cable TV only a digital TV box is used. Good thing their WiFi has good coverage and has good speed. The rooms are arranged side by side with an open air corridor or hallway which is very relaxing. Sadly there was no elevator. If you are situated in the 4th floor like ours, you would have to use the stairs which is quite exhausting. The cafe beside sells brewed coffee but we did not buy because it's expensive almost Starbucks price hehe. Overall it was a pleasant stay and their room rates are affordable.

It is difficult to fund, and the lights of the room is quite dark.

I love the open hallway, pleasant and vibrant place. Feel safer in today’s isolation issue. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back soon. Value for money.

Toilet 🚽 is not flushing. They said they will provide dipper and a bucket but it came on the next morning. The receptionist was accommodating the girl with a long hair. The rest are seemed to be like not properly trained in terms of hospitality management. Not even friendly.

They are very unorganized. They would always say that no payment was seen and made and you have to give all proofs that there were even its already obvious that you paid.
