Food in restaurant needs attention.

Worst experience, sa dami ng nastaycationan namin eto lang kakaiba 😡sa iba nalang kayo mag book naperwisyo lang kami halos di namin naenjoy yung pag stay namin dyan, yung aircon ang hina di lumalakas tinawagan namin yung receptionist para magpadala ng house keeping pero ganon padin, imbis na ihanap kmi ng ibang room na may maayos na aircon pinag akyat nlang nila ng elektrikpan yung housekeeping??? Tapos may nagttrip pa like may nag dodoorbell ng hating gabi sa room namin nireport din namin still wla din action at kinaumagahan naman yung anak ko dyos ko lord namamaga yung mata kinagat ng insekto don sa kama namin nireport din namin at ang sabe bilhan nalang daw antihistamine?? Walang action taken sa lahat ng nireklamo namin,pati sukli mo pag nag order ka wala ng balikan,ikaw pa mahihiya saknila, yung pool nila ang dumi sobrang sakit sa mata ng tubig. Ang strikto pa sa mga rules nila pero napaka iresponsable sa mga guess nila.

It was so hot in our room. We had our air conditioning unit checked twice by the hotel staff, but it still wasn't able to cool our room. We didn't even use our blankets because it was hot in our bed. There was also a hole in the wall near the bathroom and there were small cockroaches coming into our room. The heater in the shower wasn't working as well. There were also times when it was noisy in the corridor. People in the front desk were nice, but I will never go back to this hotel again. I wasn't expecting much but a good night 's sleep at the least would've been nice. I am disappointed.

Customer service is awesome. However, I find it uncomfy to hear noises at night especially slamming of doors even at 1am!
