The original room was warm and staffs tried to allocate another room with better air cond. Much appreciated their friendly services.

很棒的酒店，地理位置很棒，早餐也很赞，第二次入住了。很舒适。

北四環算是不錯的選擇，價位可以。去訪客或是進城都不算遠。房間維護還可以再好一點，住宿很多次了跟第一次入住比較有些差異。

I arrive the hotel about 2pm while there is still no room available for check in. Staff make an offer for a cup of coffee and wait for about 30 min to get a room.

overall is good, but the 15/16th floors is under maintenance and quite smelly.

Good experience with the staff. I left my back bag at lobby. And the staff help me to find and finally they found it and kept wait my return.

酒店总体一般，房间有点旧。

五星级都达标，离鸟巢水立方都很近

客房環境好, 睡床很舒適, 服務質素也不錯, 只是地理位置附近有點偏遠, 而且沒有什麼地方有地道小食及休閒消磨的地方, 其他各樣都尚算不錯!
