The staff was friendly! There is a washing machine and dryer so you can do your laundry for free which is great for longer stays. There are complimentary snacks provided for the family room which was awesome too. House keeping is every 2 days which is fine. Room is clean and outdoor area is spacious and nice great for friends to hang out. Toliet: Water pressure is good. But downside is that there is no dry and wet area divider. Thus toliet floor will be wet after shower - may need to wiggle your way into your clothes.(small issue) General toiletries are provided. As mentioned there are stairs to climb but you can just take it as exercise. Nice quiet Neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. At night not noisy compared to the other districts. From city centre about 20-30 mins with traffic. But the general area has cafes and supermarkets which is good enough. Recommend this hotel!!
