整體來講不錯，check-in 時答覆了錯誤訊息，令我哋錯失左享受設施的機會。 值得一讚是經理處理問題非常得體。

We had a lovely stay at the WM! An amazing family staycation! My husband and I had a beautiful and comfortable room with a balcony and a sea view, which was lovely! We loved the balcony and the refilled water filter (very sustainable!). Our kids had the room with no balcony. Their bed was very hard but the hotel added a top duvet/thin mattress on top to make it more comfortable. Hotel location was great too, walking distance to Sai Kung village, the beach, kayak rental and outline island kayak trips. The infinity pool was also beautiful. We did Hup Moon beach one day, kayak rentals another day. We will definitely be back! The M Square restaurant in the hotel was nice with pool table, golf sim, games, etc. A nice addition for an end of the day family time. Areas of improvement: - Breakfast buffet was ok, but not amazing. It also closed at 10am sharp which we felt was a bit early for a holiday weekend. Breakfast until 10:30am would be better and with more variety too (more fruits, pancake, waffles, maybe some avocado, more juice options and other options) - Pool was beautiful but no drinks or food on the pool floor, which was odd. Moreover, there is no bathroom on the pool floor. You need to take a lift down 3 floors and walk a bit to the nearest toilet. It seems a bit odd.

28 June, around 9pm During our stay, we visited the hotel gym around 9pm and encountered a group of families with three young children, possibly aspiring young athletes. Two little girls, approximately 5-6 years old, were sitting on their father’s legs while he performed two-person weight training. Meanwhile, a woman (perhaps a trainer or mother) was guiding a 7-8 year-old boy through dumbbell exercises and allowing him to use the Matrix weight machines on his own. While it’s wonderful to see families encouraging fitness, I’m concerned about safety in the gym environment. The children were occupying equipment and moving unpredictably, which posed potential risks for other guests. Many adult guests, including myself, felt unsafe and chose to avoid the gym during this time. Though the recent power shortage wouldn’t deter us from visiting again, we do feel that ensuring adult guests’ safety and maintaining proper gym etiquette should be a priority. Perhaps clearer age restrictions or supervision rules could be enforced in the gym room (noted its also entrance to the pool at the gym) to avoid accidents and maintain a safe space for all ages guests or just be a kid gym only

Staff are nice and the hotel is comfortable. Facilities are nice too. The only complaint is there’s a weird smell in the room if the ur con is not set in a high setting.

This trip is for celebrating our anniversary, I request for a champagne or a cake for celebration, but hotel staff said “did not have “ But can provide simple decorations. I booked 1 bed room, but I don’t know why provided me a 2 bed room and without any decoration. The room are clean and tidy, walk distance to market and seaside. Swimming pool locating in the rooftop with great view, but I found quite long time coz quite hard to find the entrance. I asked 2 staff where the swimming . One said she don’t know, another one said get the lift ,but there is 2 lift, I get the wrong one! The staff just looking at us and didn’t provide any help. The breakfast are just so so, not much special. U can try outside in sai kung city with more budget price. So to be concluded, staffs at this hotel need more trainings about customer service and passion on their works. They look like unconcerned. I spent 3k HKD in one night as I m a local resident, I felt not worth about with this services in such a luxury hotel.

冷氣機突然發出噪音，通知酒店後立即安排維修部檢查，發現冷氣摩打故障，隨即安排轉另一間房，過程員工都很有禮貌。

環境清幽，房間整潔舒適，清潔服務員友善親切。
