1. I was new to the area and was hoping the hotel staff could help me with local transport , like directing me or arranging transport. On the contrary the staff outrightly declined to help and said they don't do any of those kind of serices to the clients. I was on my own.
2. The phone number listed in the Hotels.com is not operational and they dont attend that. I am appalled that a biz lists a number that doesnt work. That clearly tells how much they value the customer service.
3. You can check the messages I had sent prior to reaching there which all went unanswered in the hotels.com app.
4. Hot water was not available. Even after asking for that they kept saying open the tap and let the water run for 5 minutes for the water to get hot. But nothing worked. I had to shower in cold water.
