Good stay. Just one night, but the service and the hospitality was amazing. Friendly staff. Food quality was excellent! The only drawback was the chanting outside on a loud sound system which was going on from 5am onwards. Hard to sleep in.

We stayed for one night and checked in about 11pm from a very hectic journey but instead of having a peaceful sleep to rejuvenate for the next day’s activities, we were working up by Kirtan playing loudly on a speaker for about three hours, which we were informed later that it was being broadcast live from Harmindar Sahib I think the hotel management need to be mindful of guests who may not want to hear this in the early hours of the morning especially when they have booked a luxury hotel for a relaxed stay.

Staff were great and provided good customer service. Hotel room and hotel were clean and modern. As this hotel hosts weddings there was loud music from 19:00pm onwards and fireworks into the early hours. There was noise in the corridor at 01:30am and I had to call security to have these people remover. A neighbouring hotel had music until 06:00am the following morning. Not a great night sleep. On talking to the staff they advised that weddings are daily from October to January. So if you are after a good night sleep, find a quieter hotel.

Five star hotels need to make that extra effort. This hotel, was a 3 star paraded as a 5 star. It just didn’t cut it!

Everything is unique we liked the way we were treated particularly in the dining hall. Excellent food and exceptional service

Large clean updated rooms; comfortable sleep; attentive and friendly staff. Very close to airport. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Very friendly staff nice service. Only issue was marks on the bedding. Otherwise highly recommended.

Everything was excellent!!

Lovely newish hotel with a great breakfast. It is in a very isolated place which is a problem. Two other problems: 1. Each room does not have it's own temperature control, so if you arrive during an unusually warm winter (ad I did) you're stuck in a very hot room with no way of turning on the ac. 2. The hotel doesn't have an ATM and the nearest one is 4 km away. Kind of crazy.

Lovely hospitality. Quick access due to proximity to the airport and perfect for city and Attari visits.
