Booked on-line. Arrived at property at 2 pm, one car in lot and check-in empty - with sign on door, saying no 24 hr service. Check in at 4 pm. Came back at 4:05 - no one there and noticed door was filthy. Again only 1 car in lot. Phone number to call for "service". Called got answer machine. Left message - no response. We booked another hotel. Received text at 8:50 pm, saying they were "there" and ready to check us in! Replied - Sorry no - we had made other plans.
