Can’t fault anything regarding the apartment. It was superb. The big let down was complete radio silence from the owner. I contacted her weeks prior but no response. There were no instructions on getting into the apartment, that is vital. Not all travellers will have WiFi when coming from the airport. Jourdanna, the housekeeper, who we contacted using a shopkeeper’s phone gave us instructions to get into the apartment. She has been very very professional and helpful during our stay at this place. The owner needs to brush up her communications skills if she is in rental business.

Expedia Group verified review

Paid for this hotel for a client through expedia and client got there only to find out it was fully booked.The hotel and epedia left him stranded. Refund has been processed as they claim but we are yet to get it.both the hotel and expedia did so badly this time
