I stopped at this place while visiting my youngest brother. This place has the bare minimum and for what they were charging me per night- not impressed.

Not 24hr front desk service. Sheets were rough. Super noisy neighbors (after quiet time).

Front desk closed more than open. Stingy with soap and shampoo; thinnest tp ever made; skimpy towels. But clean, comfortable bed with minimal other furnishings.

It was a convenient location but tons of drug activity in the parking lots. Doors also not handicap accessible with auto openers. Will never stay here again.

Be sure to bring your own shower curtain, coffee, and coffee maker. The room was clean and quiet, but it's a room only.

Good section of Rochester, 390 was right nearby as well as grocery for food. This hotel was about 15 minutes from the hospitals I was traveling to with plenty of options for coffee along the way. Hotel was located directly behind a large U of R facility.

The place looked updated and the front desk clerk was pleasant. Our room smelled like old smoke. There were hairballs from a brush or someone’s pulled hair in the hallway and elevator. The clerk called us to ask if someone was already in our room as they had originally had it under a different name. My bed at home was nicer than the bed in the room. The bathroom had a small bottle of shampoo, I was told to go to the desk to get conditioner but they were out so I had to drive to Walgreens to get some. No breakfast- I should’ve seen that coming, but in truth I can’t remember staying in a hotel that offered nothing but complementary coffee. Multiple people smoking a variety of things out front. This was reserved through Expedia with no refunds. We didn’t want to stay, I actually tried to find a different hotel nearby, but there were none with vacancies and it was getting too late for me. I would never stay here again.

Bedding was stained with what looked like poop and there were dried up boogers on one of the sheets

This isn't a regular hotel, this is a long term stay hotel near medical centers. You'll find a lot of sick people staying here as they're getting treatment nearby. The policy is that the room is cleaned after 14 FOURTEEN days. It's outrageous and they're charging the same price as a regular hotel.

Good but all the hallway and. Room. Smeel like weed coming from fan in bathroom.but everything. .was good.

Room wasn’t clean Expedia not able to switch another hotel

I have stayed in many hotels with my kids travel sports over the years I have NEVER had to PAY for clean towels. The people at the desk were never there and if they were they had the gate halfway down so you could not see anyone. The people staying above us were so loud I dont know what they were doing but it sounded like they were moving furniture all night. I called the desk to ask if they can ask them to be quite and after that they were even louder until 4:00 am. Nothing was ever done 2 nights of HORRIBLE sleep

Aside from staying in an actual motel that had bedbugs. This is my worst experience in any lodging in my entire life. The staff at the front desk were terribly rude and not helpful in anyway when I asked to check in 25 minutes early they proceeded to tell me that after 8 PM there would be nobody there at the desk that I would have to call a number if I needed anything and lo and behold I absolutely did. Starting at about 10:15 PM and going till almost 330 in the morning there was a party on the floor above me where there was hookers and drugs present and the only reason I know this is because I went up there and investigated, and I tried to reason with the people and they told me to go f$&@ myself And then contacted the number and no one answered at the hotel so then I contacted the police they came and did nothing and it was the worst experience I have ever dealt with ever not only would I not recommend this place I would recommend bulldozing it and buring everybody that’s associated with the property
