This is one of the best hotels in town. All the employees are very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious; each room has a bed, a dressing area, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. All beverages in the in-room cabinet and refrigerator are complimentary. All the facilities are perfect. That's why it's a 5-star hotel. With these facilities, I believe the price is reasonable. I hope to return to this hotel next year.

Perfect hotel for vacation 100/100

Went to Meru for holiday with family, and we were not disappointed. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we came and they kindly explained all the places that may interest us. The room is so spacious, it was well kept. We will surely come again to Meru

staf hotel ramah. tapi beberapa perlengkapan seperti cuttonbud, snackbar 3 hari tidak diisi kalau tidak minta. Itu pun prosesnya juga lama. kamar bagus besar dan bersih. mungkin staf bagian cleaning hariannya yg kurang sigap.

ini yang ke 3x nya stay di Meru,mungkin karna situasi hotel rame jd pas cek in nunggu 1jam lebih dari jam 3 sore sampe hampir jam 5 baru kita dpt kamar,pas cek out sebelum jam 12 tau" ada yg nge bel ternyata bellboy mau ambil barang" padahal kita blm tlp minta bellboy dan receptionis juga tidak ada tlp ke kamar konfirmasi kita extand (td nya mau extand 2malam) atau cek out,jd brasa di usir saat itu karna bellboy tetap nunggu di deoan kamar sementara pas cek in kita nunggu cukup lama
