Pissed off when checked in only one room available instead of two which got to cramped in family members into one room. Hassle of calling traveloka customer service to do refund of non available room. Got TV but cannot use, electric kettle got to replace three times due to faulty, air conditioner 1 hp took long time to get cold, restaurant only served arabic/pakistani cuisine

Bilik seakan lama tidak dimasuki. Terjumpa 2 ekor lipas di tandas. Diharapkan ada pembersihan berkala

Harga nya mahal hotelnya sudah tua, tak handuk tak sesuai dengan gambar.
