房间摇摇晃晃，没有电梯，楼梯是木制的，很暗，很窄，很难带着行李箱上楼，房间不干净，空调不工作。

一楼的工作人员对顾客的态度很差，卫生间有下水道的味道。总体来说这个价格可以入住但是体验不会很完整。

很高兴回到河内并入住这家民宿。这家民宿距离河内所有著名景点都很近，步行即可到达。工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。如果我再次访问河内，我一定会再次入住这里。

The staff made our 2 days stay in their Homestay a pleasant one. Ms. Lisa is very helpful in giving us tips on how to navigate the busy streets of the Old Quarter, where is the best forex shop, booked our hassle free limousine bus ride that picked us in front of the homestay & dropped us on our next homestay in Tam Coc., she even lent us an extra blanket free of charge during our stay.
