服務人員親切，對台胞友善，整體環境乾淨，地段緊鄰市區相當方便

酒店服務員非常友善，房間整潔，設備完善，附近餐廳也很多，臨近使館區出入方便。最後一日要求延遲退房至兩點。一個非常滿意嘅住宿體驗。

主要還是交通方便位於北京的市中心，晚上買夜宵很方便

飯店外食環境便利，服務人員態度良好。但房間空間收納過多，導致壓迫感。

房间很干净，洗漱用品很好用。

Very clean room and hotel. But the staff members need to learn about English.

Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour sa piscine ainsi que sa salle de sport. Nous avons plus profité de la salle de sport que de la piscine. Les chambres étaient bien équipées avec lave-linge etc. Point négatif, il y a une cour fermée et les fenetre s'ouvrent sur cette cour. La chambre sent donc régulièrement le renfermé. Second point : la salle de sport est trop chaude pour faire du sport... Sinon, l'hotel est bien placé et le personnel reste agréable.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren gepflegt und die Lage sehr gut. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Es la 3ra vez que me hospedo en este hotel de verdad todo estuvo perfecto, el desayuno es increíble y las habitaciones son muy buenas y funcionales, la cama es muy cómoda y el lobby del hotel es espectacular

The location is convenient for quick taxis to the Forbidden City, Wangfujing street, and Sanlitun. The air conditioner worked well and was very refreshing to come back to after walking in the summer heat all day. The kitchen was also convenient for those who may want to keep snacks in the room or keep leftovers. The room was generally clean, could be cleaner.

The room was clean and daily cleaning was undertaken. Laundry facilities are available with access to a washing machine on each floor. The rooftop pool was a highlight with excellent views of the business district in the evening. Breakfast was good but a bit repetitive after a full week. Bar and communal areas were nice and modern.

Good location. Large room although it is a bit weird with the beds (don't book if you have knee or leg issues or so). Really good breakfast as well

Wonderful place to stay. Great amenities, breakfast was bountiful. Only down side is that it is far from public transport but if you dont mind getting taxis everywhere it will be fine. Great stay - staff super helpful and rooms had great storage options, kitchen and appliances. Would definitely recommend

Room was good size as was bathroom, main asset of hotel is definitely the infinity pool with amazing views! Breakfast selection is huge, but dinner at the restaurant is hidden gem and incredible! Staff are super helpful and friendly. Only slight downside is closet underground station is a 15/20min walk, after long day of sightseeing it was a killer 😆.

Veldig bra for denne prisen. Litt upraktisk sengeplass, men samtidig masse plass til bagasje og ting. Fin lobby og bra basseng/ treningssenter.

Property is very outdated and we paid a premium for the family room but the room itself was very old and really not kept up. Views were horrible and when we asked for another room, we were not even considered. Bathrooms and showers were not clean.
