Rixos Tersane’de konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Otel çok kaliteli ve özenliydi. Kahvaltısı inanılmaz çeşitlilikte, havuz ise adeta deniz gibi mükemmeldi. Hizmet son derece iyi ve her şey çok yüksek standarttaydı. Girişte ufak bir sorun yaşamış olsak da, müşteri ilişkileri müdürü Beliz Hanım’ın ilgili yaklaşımı sayesinde çok hızlı çözüldü. Otelin restoranları mükemmeldi, her biri ayrı bir deneyim sundu. İstanbul’un içinde olmasına rağmen tatil beldesindeymişsiniz gibi hissettiriyor, adeta şehir içinde bir vaha. Sadece otelin içinde yapılabilecek pek çok etkinlik var; gün boyu keyifli vakit geçirmeniz için her şey düşünülmüş. Genel olarak hem şehir oteli hem de tatil oteli gibi iki ayrı deneyimi bir arada yaşatan, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Hotel-Team NICHT gut erreichbar. Zu viele Kinder in dem Pool, sollte separaten Kinderberwich haben. Alkohol, House-Musik, Tangas und KINDER passen nicht zusammen

Main issue is the food and the cost of it. If you’ll charge 45 dolares for 200 grs of filet mignon at least has to be cooked to perfection and fries should be natural ( not frozen sold wholsale) and perfectly cooked… a super easy dish difucult to mess it up. The rest was great, the hotel, employees etce etc

Grundsätzlich ist die Anlage top, allerdings ist die Umgebung eine reine Baustelle, ohne Taxi oder fahrbaren Untersatz kein Ausgang aus der Anlage möglich weil zu viele Baustellen und unsichere Gegend.

Nice hotel with very very good gym and spa. However, the pool is far too small for the size of the hotel. My partner and I didn’t get to use the sun loungers due to the lack of space. The food was also very average in the outdoor restaurant and room service. Overall I think I would stay again due to the quality of the gym and rooms.

El servicio de limpieza el primer día vino a las 5h de la tarde, La habitación muy ruidosa, estaban haciendo obras y me tocó delante de estas Pague habitación con vistas parciales al mar y me tocó una habitación al final de todo que no se veía nada Me dijeron que me harían un dto/ abono por las molestias del ruido y no he recibido nada

Stayed for 4 nights at the Rixos Tersane. The hotel is beautiful in design. We had a 1 bedroom unit, which was modern and spacious . The fitness center was great. The infinity pool was very nice as well. Now on to the negatives. First, the location is terrible. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. There nothing around the hotel. No restaurants, stores, or cafes. Taxis never heard of this place, and kept getting lost on way there. There is a large construction site right besides the hotel property . Sledgehammers and excavators at 8 am and till midnight. Our room terrace faced the construction site and can hear all the noise with all doors and windows closed. The food and drinks were extremely overpriced. And you have no other options near by, so you’re forced to pay these prices. We will not be coming back.

Problems with the visa machine. It’s an issue with a lot of people and they claim it’s not. Myself and 3 others faced the same problem. Hotel is new and comfortable

Brand new. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Excellent service. Very well to do guests. Staff was great. Not extremely overpriced. AC subpar by American standards. Restaurants also above par. 9.4 out of 10

Espectacular diseño y decoracion interior. Bonitas vistas. Apartado, debes coger un taxi para todo.

Otel karşılanma cok iyiydi valizimizin odaya cıkmasını 1 saate yakın bekledik.. arkdaslarıma odayı ben satın aldım hediye ettim girmeden kahvaltı ücretlerini ödicemi belirttim kart teminatı verdim buna rağmen arkdaslarımı arayıp ödemeniz var deyip ödeme istediler bu cok ayıp benide rezil ettiler saolsunlar.. havuz başında boşlar toplanmıyor servis aşırı kötü havlu istiyoruz orda var alın dıorlar gercekten müthişdiniz .. uçaga gec kalıcaz diyor arkdaslarım ödemeyi 2316 oda yapıcak diyor ‘herkes uçağa geç kalıyor ‘ die kaba cevaplar .. iyi yönleri mert bey bize aliee oteli gezdirdi restoranda çok güzel davrandılar hizmet iyiydi sanırım ekstreye giriyor die.. okadar para harcadıgımız otelde vale ücretli olması aşırı komik ..
