La chambre familiale est très bien (le canapé lit est dans une pièce séparée) La chambre ainsi que les sanitaires étaient propres. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien (buffet pour 13.50 ou bien express pour 6 €) L’existence du parking à proximité est très appréciable puisque l’hôtel est situé au cœur de la zone piétonne Un très bon séjour pour nous

Great hotel, perfect location for exploring. The hotel manager was super helpful and even walked with us to show us where to park and gave us tips for dining The room was spacious and clean. The heating didn’t work but there were blankets available

No lift. Well positioned. Excellent reception service.

Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour. Un accueil chaleureux de Léa à la réception : très gentille, professionnelle et de très bons conseils. La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein hyper-centre de Lille, à proximité immédiate de la Grande Place, de la veille bourse, du vieux Lille. Je recommande également le restaurant La Part du Lion pour le dîner, c’est une excellente adresse.

Surclassée et impeccable

The room was lovely, needs some small repairs but otherwise a lovely room, great price and fantastic location.

The room is modern and spotless! The front desk staff were super nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay very much and stay here again in the future for sure!

The hotel is located in the city center 10min from the train station. The room was good and the staff very helpful, the only issue is that there are 4 floors with no elevator.

This hotel is right next to the old town in a perfect location for the shops and restaurants. We were only here for obe night but the staff were really helpful and friendly. We paid for breakfast which was about 15 euro, and the selection was good with freshly squeezed juice. There is secure parking a short distance from the hotel which you can reserve a space in, there is an additional cost. The room was quiet despite its location and had air con. Comfy beds and good quality bed linen. Please note there is no lift so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The family room is much bigger than I expected, and the two toilets perfectly suit our needs. Great location, but quiet at night.

Rooms slightly awkward sizes. Bathroom door didn’t offer privacy, massive gaps. Otherwise the best week of my life!

Enkelt men bra och prisvärt hotell, ligger centralt. Hade inte kollat att det inte finns hiss så vi fick bära upp våra stora väskor. Stannade två nätter och informerade om att vi inte behövde någon städning men handdukarna byttes ändå, sopor tömdes och badrum städat, hade absolut inte behövts.
