Excellent hotel. Close to everything. Spacious bar and chill out areas next to the reception (open plan). The only negative was if you go in the toilet there is a fan that automatically switches on and stays on for about 5 minutes after you leave the bathroom which is fine in the day but not so good if you go in the night and are then trying to get back to sleep

My stay at Ruby was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all wonderful from the check-in to the bartenders. The server was really quick and efficient. The drinks were bomb. The room was very clean and accommodating. Every floor has a Gallery which I used everyday. I can keep going but just know this is the place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel

I loved staying here so much! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Thiago makes the best lattes and gave great advice about places to visit nearby the hotel. I only have off 1 star on amenities because there is no hotel parking only street or lot parking.

I really did love this hotel, we stayed in a loft which was nicd because it has a balcony facing North on the 7th floor, unfortunately we didnt use it much do to the weather changes. The view is mainly roof tops and some tops of buildings, lots of birds and poo...lol the Jameson Bldg is just north of the location so thats nice, a very cool pub right next door..looks closed knock on the door if they let you in...they let you in. Lots of shops in walking distance ...we liked the location but its not right in the city center. We did not try the breakfast but it did look good. We tried to eat at the very cool restaurant but the service is very slow, the staff is doing to many jobs at once...registration, bartender, waitress ....although I will say they did a lovely job. Bedding was wierd like 2 half blankets, so ask for an extra one if you get a king, I would recomend they offer robes, room service and have better TV channels...lighting is a bit tricky but you catch on. I feel like im sounding picky and we had a fabulous time just small adjustments that would have made our stay even better. Cheers

Staff were great, bar area was spacious and service overall was very good. Close to Temple Bar area and local amenities.

Close to attractions we walked everywhere, plenty of restaurants close by. There was a shopping centre also nearby with a kind of high street. The bar was nice we had drinks there twice. Hotel was modern and very clean, staff was nice and helpful. We loved Dublin❤️🙏

Gute Auswahl an frischen Produkten, leider hat es sehr lange gedauert bis man einen Kaffee bekommt. Warme Speisen hat es leider fast keine beim Frühstück gegeben.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and smell amazing. There are elevators so, no need to drag luggage up stairs. They hotel will hold your bags if you arrive early and want to explore the city or grab food before you are ready to check in. Super simple process to check in. The beds are okay, not too bad. The pillows are amazing. You can warm or cool your own room with a thermostat on the wall. The showered are nice and hot with a waterfall shower head. The only downside is there isnt a mini fridge or microwave. Not a deal breaking but, i would loved to keep drinks cold over night or warm up left overs I brought back to the room. There is a blowdryer in the room so no need to bring your own. There is also a safe in the room to lock up anything important you dont want to take with you. All in all, this hotel was great! I would definitely recommend it or possibly stay again in the future. ❤️🇮🇪

Everything was more than expected. Great location right next door to the Hacienda Bar. Excellent quality food, superb staff and top customer service. We want to especially thank Danilo, Carlos and Renan for their utmost care. We had a very comfy and clean room. The hotel and restaurant were very lovely with unique decor. It was a great place to chill, listen to live music and dine in. The main reason for staying here again and recommending this hotel is because of extraordinary customer care and hospitality. One of the best places we’ve stayed in. We were safe around the neighborhood and felt welcomed here unlike other places in Dublin. This place will not disappoint. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
