The room was not clean enough, no rug in the kitchen and bathroom door so we bought 2 and leave it for future guest to use. Aircon is not cold enough and no clothes dryer.

All in all staying at JFam is a pleasant experience and a good value. This is the second year visiting the facility. It is right next to Southwood Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. It also has a nice pool. However, nowhere on the Orbitz website does it say anything about an extra fee to use the pool? Use the daily cost to use the pool is 200 pesos and you have to buy the wristband using G cash. This in not a particularly a lot of money, but the fact that they charge this without indicating it on the Orbitz website is a problem. This occurred last year as well. The air conditioner in the second bedroom is very loud and puts out little air. It was easier to keep the air conditioner off because it was too loud to sleep with. Frank Gorman

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were professional, friendly, and incredibly communicative from start to finish. The unit was clean, comfortable, and priced very reasonably — overall, an excellent value. The location was very convenient for our needs and walking distance to Southwoods Mall. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily book again. Highly recommend!

Room was accommodating for the 1 night we stayed. It is located in a nice location. The sofa/folding sleeper needs a little cleaning and TLC. The bathroom was ok, but needs a deep clean to meet up with rental standards.

We had hard time checking in because we can’t find address and we hired “grab” though we had spoken to the person in charge it’s hard to contact him we went back and forth using Facebook - what was lacking is the name of the bldg which is Holland . We gave feedback as to the condition - coackroaches etc and they responded to the email. The place we like because it’s quiet place and it’s near Robinson Mall and bake shop and 7- eleven but condition of the room is not satisfactory because of insect. Hope they will try to sanitize the place since we gave notice of our occupancy ahead of time. They should be able to be proactive in reaching out to clients instead of clients reaching out to them . Maybe a phone call to have personal touch of communication instead of Facebook. They are competing with hotels and if they can copy the service like someone to greet the clients ( add the cost to the price ) that would be nice for clients to feel welcomed instead of security guards though I think this is the practice. We told them that we won’t book with them any longer and we brought same concern that I mentioned.

Overall ok. Sofa was not in good shape. Bed were not comfortable.

Had excellent communication with Jfam staff and the cost of the room was very very reasonable. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Convenient to the mall and restaurants. However, the Property was surprisingly a bit run down. Needs some sprucing up. Having to pay the daily usage fee to swim in the pool was time consuming and a hassle. Also, You have to pay the pool fee for each calendar day. So if you want to take a dip in the morning before you check out you have to pay again.

I liked the placed, close to the mall and really walkable and safe wven at night. Brian is on top of everything! Will comeback for sure!

Excellent unit, with prompt communications with the friendly host both before and during our stay. Quiet and close to Southwoods Mall, supermarket, etc. No complaints at all.
