Excellent service for both parents and kids! We stayed at the hotel during the Easter holiday. The kids were given a pack of Easter souvenirs and puzzle hunt materials. They even received their own room card. We were also surprised when we returned to our room from West Lake to find that the hotel had prepared Easter desserts for the kids, as well as an anniversary cake and decorations for the parents. We both enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons. The weather was bad when we checked out, but the staff even accompanied us from the hotel to the metro station to help us avoid getting wet from the rain. Thank you for the beautiful room and services!

The staff are very helpful without being disturbing. The hotel is very new and comfortable. The layout of the hotel room is spacious.

Brand new 4 Seasons Hotel. V good service. Different from the old 4 Seasons but it is brand new! Lovely river view and got upgraded to corner room with 270 degree view.
