Runswick was perfect for our stay. It was in a quiet village and an ideal location; close to Pickering, Helmsley, Rievaulx Abbey and within driving distance of Whitby, Scarborough, York and the North York Moors. The house itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, and suited our needs exactly. There is a large garden, with a lovely lawn and plenty of outdoor seating for warmer days. The property owner had left us tea, coffee and a delicious cake on arrival.
