Good location good service

The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out! We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better. Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!

L'hotel si trova in una zona non proprio bellissima purtroppo essendo poi facile raggiungere il centro attraverso i servizi di Bolt, Uber e metropolitana.purtroppo il parking dell' hotel non è utilizzabile. Il parking a pagamento presso la Casa della Musica è carissimo, consiglio di effettuare una prenotazione per soggiorni multiday sul sito della Società per risparmiare parecchi soldi.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft lag in der Nähe einer Bus und U-Bahn Station. Unser Zimmer war für 3 Personen etwas klein, aber man konnte sich arrangieren

Parking almost non existent- a pain. The breakfast was very basic. Smell in rooms possibly coming from the hard flooring. Smell of sewage and funky smells around rooms and hall. On a positive note, all staff very friendly

No fridge in the room, AC not working. No parking, to stop the car and get the lugggage out I had to "park" on the sidewalk, which you aren't supposed to do that. This will be good for people that uber or walk not for the ones that have a rental car. You see homeless people in the neighborhood. I will not stay in this hotel again.

룸내에 냉장고가 없었고 샤워 수압이 많이 약했습니다. 시설은 깨끗합니다.
