I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay there. I arrived before the check in time but they allowed me to check in early.
The standard deluxe room I stayed in was small but very compact, super clean and well soundproof from the outside noises. That said, the walls separating the rooms are quite thin because I could hear movements from the rooms next to mine.
The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The water pressure of the shower was excellent.
My favorite part of the hotel is the restaurant and the rooftop as you can have a 360 view of Istanbul.
Another plus point to stay in this hotel is the location. It's a walking distance to Yenikapi station, Aksaray tram station and to a Havaist bus stop. If you need to do some laundry, there's a laundromat close to the hotel.
The neighborhood didn't feel way too touristy even though it's quite close to the main tourist attractions. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the morning as people were getting ready with their daily routine.
I wouldn't recommend the room I stayed in if you carry big suitcases because there won't be enough space to store them, so better book a bigger room. I had no issue with the size of the room because I am small and I travel light. Lastly, to whoever in charge of the music, thanks for playing the music from the 80's and the 90's. Great choice!
