客房比較細小，整潔可以，其他一般，要自己搬行李上房

清理房間方面，其中有一天沒有打掃。但經理人很好，接到我們的電話就趕快上來處理，並把早上需要的飲用水及泡咖啡的鮮奶送上來，真的很謝謝他。

This particular establishment does not live up to the reviews. The accommodation was presented well, however that's where the praise ends. Due to being located on a major thoroughfare, the road noise was terrible. There was no fan or aircon in the room to circulate any air, and the only way to allow air circulation was to prop the window open a bit. Whether the window was open or closed, the noise of traffic made it impossible to sleep. The walls were very thin, enabling us to hear the conversations and noise from the adjoining room. While very clean, the bathroom severely lacked any room with a full size tub and toilet taking up the majority of this small space, hence the vanity was located in the bedroom, which was also limited in space, with luggage taking up a reasonable amount of any space left. Although booked for 2 nights, we cancelled the 2nd night. We called the number in reception and left a message. We received no call back so we called in later that day and spoke to the receptionist and left info for the manager to call us to get a reimbursement for the 2nd night, as we could not stay there again. As of today (1 week later) we still have had no reply from management. Would not recommend this Hotel.

Good location

The room was spacious, bright, very quiet, welcoming and, near Coles

Did the job for 2 couples. Room wasn't anything special bit it was fine

perfect place to stay, amazing food and very clean!!

Tidy nice little hotel

Overall might have been a lovely stay but if you are handed the keys to room 6 turn around forget your money and go elsewhere. Directly on the main road, at the top of the stairs so you join in everyones conversations. Also directly above the noisy doo that enters the building. We had to make door jams with our pizza box to stop our door shaking eberytime the downstairs door opened.

This property is on the main hwy through Launceston. Close to everything . A little rd noice but great as a single person travelling

Good tidy motel.

The staff and management was very nice and considerate to our needs at the time we was low on money and the manager listened to our needs and changed our room price for us The room was smelling fresh and clean

Close to absolutely everything. Restaurants parks shops universities seaport all within walking distance.

Staff friendly Steve’s Grill had some nice food and good red wine

Good amenities such as microwave and fridge ,cutleries. The only problem was the noise at night from the cars outside . Windows are old and thin . You need ear plugs .

Convenient location. Comfortable room but rather small. Tricky getting 2 suitcases up the stairs
