Near to subway station

I was charged twice, I called to ask, they hang up on me

The walls are paper thin and so heard constant loud noise. Constant smell of cigarette smoke and lots of unsavory characters.

AC was a little funky, no covers on the bed only a sheet. Interesting smell not bad just interesting. rough neighborhood don’t bring kiddos. Does not feel safe at night.

Can hear others very easily through walls at night, bed moves kinda easily, small but manageable room for quick visit, floors little bit dirty

front desk staff and cleaning staff customer service was poor, and I was not even expecting much.

Overall, the check in was very smooth and easy. The front desk person was very helpful. The room was very clean. Cute bathroom. Very small room but was perfect for a quick in and out visit the city.

No Air after first day

Great location in a quiet residential area. Close to many good restaurants and subway stations. The Tenement Museum is nearby. Hotel itself is clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is simple continental and could be improved with additional items. But this is not a big deal as Chinatown has lots of inexpensive bakeries and restaurants. Overall, nice experience at a very reasonable rate for a weekend trip to the Big Apple. I will stay here again .
